Course details

Year 1 focusses on your identity, and the foundations of being a leader.

Year 2 students learn to apply First Nations cultural principles and frameworks into workplace and community leadership practice. We explore where our passions overlap with needs in our community, and design and develop an environment to grow in the practical aspects of being a leader.

After completing Year 2, students will be assisted to present their project plans to a range of potential partners (eg, funders/supporters/local council/government agencies/community groups etc.) to access the kind of support that their project needs to succeed.  

When partnerships are formed, students will then be invited into the Year 3 phase, where students are mentored and assisted to implement their community projects.
